How do I write, while using XLSWRITE to capture a column matrix at particular column of excel file.

In using range we need to specify the end limit as well in my case which is variable one. For example I have 125482x1 matrix I don't wanna specify every time the end limit of the column like B1:B125482. I just want to say write in B column.

A=randi(10,10,1)
xlswrite('fic1.xlsx',A,'B:B')
