The system requirements for a license server machine are the same as for running MATLAB, see system requirements.

Which is something you asked MathWorks installation support before... In case an answer from installation support is unclear, it is probably better to work with the MathWorks service staff instead of asking the same question again into a forum.

Andreas Goser, thank you for your answer; believe it or not I could not find this info no matter where I looked. It was also a pretty simple one to answer as well. I asked the question in the forum because it was SUNDAY, and support was closed.
