edit-displaying values

the code

displays values of x,y only on line ,but i need the values of other area also,if i click near to the line,those values must also be displayes

so i need three pushbuttons

x
y
total

near to x and y buttons,their values must be displayed,and in total,values of x and y must be added ,please help
