How does fsrnca() not work?

I have installed matlab R2016a and Statistics and Machine Learning Toolbox. I just simply try mdl = fsrnca(X,y) command (X is 100x20 double, y is 100x1 double), but got error message: Undefined function or variable 'fsrnca'. I also try to use "help fsrnca" and got message: fsrnca not found.
What is wrong about it? please help me problem.

The fsrnca (feature selection using neighborhood component analysis for regression) function was introduced in R2016b.
The current online documentation is for R2016b. You will need to upgrade to R2016b to use the fsrnca function.
