How to implement a video slider with respect to the values from textbox and play/pause push

Hi , I am working with video processing projects,Now i am stuck with implementing video slider.I want a slider which slides with respect to the values in the play/pause push button and text box.if the play/pause push button is in pause mode the frames in the video should change for slider movement,and if it is in play mode the video should play for corresponding slider movement.While during this operations the value in text box(ie. frame count) should change according to the slider movement.My gui figure is attached here with.Need help,Thanks in advance.
