By inspection we can see that the minima would be for either or both OPF variables to be negative infinity. There is no point running the optimization.

Mr walter am new to programming most especially matlab please can you help me with some materials or references that can guide me to deal with my constraints using pso because i have many objective functions or i can say fitness functions but i dnt knw how to initialize them in matlab

One of the fundamental steps is choosing which variables to be optimized over. You did not do that in what you posted.
I want to optimize the width of my anteena patch
We cannot tell from what you posted which variable "width of antenna patch" corresponds to. Is it f? Is it fk? Is it thetas? Is it thetak ? Is it OF1 ? Is it OF2? Is the width of the antenna patch what you are calculating with the formula?
Assume we have are not familiar with the notation used for antenna calculation. Which of the values in your calculation are constants? What is p? If we have a list of candidate values that might be the best for your purpose, then which variable names do those candidate value correspond to?
