How to get Embedded Coder 6.11? i just paid for student version

Just bought the student package for R2016b today, realized that i need "Embedded Coder 6.11" in order to use Texas Instrument C2000 hardware support add-on. I am unable to download nor purchase it. Just paid $200 bucks for nothing. Please help.
