how can i configure raspberry pi to get audio input using audio alsa capture in simulink?

i want to execute a matlab code on raspberry pi 3 using simulink. matlab function should get audio in ".wav" format and process it on real time basis.

Besides Simulink, is there a function to capture the external soundcard data? Simulink is unable to generate m code, kind of useless in this case.
