Can anyone help me to create sliding window for signals in MATLAB ?

I want to create sliding window for my generated signals with Sampling frequency of 3.84 kHz (64 samples/cycle)in 60-Hz systems.Example is attached

I want to detect distorted/abnormal signals from the normal ones.To predict fault at that point.

What do you want to do with the windowed pieces of the signal? Do any of the moving statistics functions do what you need?
