fmincon with constraints is iterates but does not vary much from initial values

fmincon iterates but it appears that "x" is not updating properly. X does not vary much from the inputs. I have to use calculated values of L,D,S,T in both the function,myfun,to calculate turn rate and in the constraint function,mycon, to calculate ceq1 and ceq2. All of the functions after mycon have worked properly in previous problems using fsolve. This problem calls 21 data files that I did not attach but could if needed. Any thoughts in just looking at the code would be appreciated.

Give the known solution X as input to fmincon and see if it immediately recognizes it as a solution.
