Where can I download matlab 7.5.0?

Dear all,
I want to use a program named SIRENE which is use to construct gene networks and is implemented in matlab version 7.5.0. Do you know whether this program is implemented in other matlab versions or only in 7.5? If it is only in version 7.5.0, then I have to download this version. Could you tell me where I can get it?
Best regards,
Yeping Sun

I don't know about SIRENE, but you can download MATLAB 7.5.0 (R2007b) from the following link.
After login to MathWorks account, choose the R2007b.

Thank you, but to download it needs a Activation Key or License Number. How can I get one?
There's a trial license,
you can select versions of R2008a to R2016b now, but R2007b is not on the list, so it's better you ask you assisted help by clicking contact us button on the Free Product Trial page.
After the MATLAB trial you would need to purchase a MATLAB license to continue using it, unless you already have a MATLAB license for R2007b or later.
A program written for R2007b probably can be used up to about R2011b or so, depending on what it calls; it might even be usable up to R2014a. R2014b had an important change to the graphics system, so it might not be compatible with releases later than that.
I just downloaded SIRENE . Once I had installed libsvm (and made sure libsvm was before the Stats toolbox in my path), SIRENE seems to run without difficulty in the latest MATLAB.
(Installing libsvm requires compiling some source in its matlab directory. On my system that required editing the Makefile to tell it where my MATLAB is (it was configured for Linux). It took a few minutes to compile but was not a real problem.)
the following warning appears
To download products and updates, link a license to your MathWorks Account.
Visit the license center to link to a license.
When following the link the following appears
License Number* or Activation Key
Link License
Type 'license' at the MATLAB prompt to get your license number or get an activation key from your MATLAB administrator.
When keying in the word "license" I'm sent back to obtain a license https://www.mathworks.com/licensecenter/licenses/add
which I don't have.
All I want to do is to download this 13 year old software to learn the rudiments of Matlab's graphing capabilites.
How can I download (not for trial) this outdated software?
Dov Nardi:
  • you can purchase a license, possibly a student license if you are eligible, or a Home license (under some conditions); or
  • you can win one of Mathworks' contests; or
  • you can get a job or internship with Mathworks; or
  • you could buy a copy of the Prentice Hall book about MATLAB, which had a version around 5.3 or so; or
  • in a few countries (Germany and Norway and possibly a couple of others, but not many) you could buy a used copy of MATLAB from someone; or
  • you could buy the entire assets of a company that has an existing license
The only "free" version is winning a contest, and it is difficult to win one of those contests without an existing copy of MATLAB to develop on.

Hello, I know it might be a bit late, but I wanted to ask where to buy such a licence. On Matlabs official website there's only the newest licence available. I too need this exact software for my Agilent Infiniium 54832D, but can't even find a way to buy it.
You would buy a license for the current release of MATLAB. That license would entitle you to use all previous releases of MATLAB. (If you have need to use a sufficiently old version of MATLAB, around R2011a or earlier, then you may need the assistance of Mathworks Support to create a custom license file for you.)
