how can i find displacement in image between two points in millimeter?

hi i want to find the distance between two point in an image in millimeter. the image is from a frame of a film. i want to do this for each frame.so how can i do it? see this: https://s29.postimg.org/4luk0p3fr/image.jpg

Please use imtool().
It has a ruler function.
