rms value greater than peak-to-peak for the same vector?!

How can this be possible?
When I applied rms() and peak2peak() function on the same vector, I found that rms value is bigger than peak-to-peak !!
Is there something I didn't do well in the syntax?
I just used rms(vector) and peak2peak(vector).
