I have two signals ,Tx and Rx... and i want to pass both of them through LPF to remove the harmonic components.

Tx_sig = .5*sin(2*pi*5*t);

Rx_sig = Coil(Tx_sig,type);

I get a received signal after passing in through that function, i tried wid fdatool and sptool... but i could not find anyway to import it in fdatool.

I want both to pass through LPF

As i am new to filters in MATLAB, SHould it be done only using tools? or how can i do it some other way ?

I prefer the designfilt function.

Be sure to use the filtfilt function to do the actual filtering.
