How to store column data output from matlab to excel sheet (in the same sheet and different columns)?

Hi i am doing a simulation which runs for 100 iterations. In each iteration, the simulation outputs a single column vector data (say 1000x1 vector). My requirement is to store the output in the columns of single excel sheet sequentially i.e. A1:A1000,B1:B1000 and so on...can anyone suggest how to achieve this?
