rlocus is NOT WORKING

I know that I was able to use rlocus before - but now I've been getting plots with no points. I have uninstalled and installed MATLAB twice but the same thing occurs. Can anyone please help?

Can you show a small snippet of code that you expect to show the points but does not when you execute it?

What are the results of pzplot or pzmap on the same system?
