Can I obtain the data from the work space in matrix form ???

I have design for power system grid and my target to analysis performance of current measured in grid in two mode (steady state and transient).

please,find attached pics which illustrated the model ,that to help me to get fault current showing by V&I faults_SCOPE and convert it to matrix to elaborate fault current value @ certain time for Ex:
