Confusion Matirx of Trained Data

Hello. I have a dataset of 50 frames. 2 Classes(0,1). After training data in statistical Tool, I can see my confusion Matrix, Scatter plot and ROC. Is there any way to save, these plots? I want to get the same confusion Matrix with True positive and False Negatives after Classifying and predicting my data? It would be really appreciating if someone could give me the solution code. Thanks

I took cancer dataset from MATLAB. If you are looking to save the plots, 'saveas' or 'print' functions can be used as follows.

[x,t] = cancer_dataset;
net = patternnet(10);
net = train(net,x,t);
y = net(x);
plotconfusion(t,y);
saveas(gcf,'confusion.fig');
plotroc(t,y);
saveas(gcf,'ROC.fig');

Thank you @Priya. Actually I did training with statistical learner Tool of Matlab so don't have code like this and couldn't understand this? [x,t] = cancer_dataset; I trained with SVM. cancer data set graphical interface show confusion matrix ancd ROC as well but how can I do this after training by Tool. Thanks

Even if you used an App or Tool (Classification Learner, etc.) in MATLAB, you always have access to the MATLAB Command Window. Copy and paste the code in the Command Window to run the example code.

Also search in both the NEWSGROUP and ANSWERS using

 greg nndatasets

All did the same. Tried to make same of my data. but when it shows me an error Too many arguments. [x,t]=new_dataset Whereas in new_dataset I have stored features values of my Image. Actually I have Images, for example 50 for training, I have extracted features like mean, median, std and made a vector. Label is also a matrix of 2X50. I didn't get the point why it doesn't work for my Data. the example and 'help' are really helpful. I have done this example but there is a problem with my data. Thanks in advance
