I receive the opening error

How can I solve this problem? Everytime that I try to open Matlab I receive the error ""License checkout failed. License Manager Error-9. Your username does not match the username in the license file. "

Hey Marco, I highly recommend contacting whoever it is that manages your account's MATLAB licenses. He or she should be able to assist you with whether or not the machine you are working on is properly license, and, if it is, getting it properly activated.

If he or she needs further assistance, have them reach out to MathWorks Support and follow the prompts to speak with the installation team.
