Maximum likelihood estimates CDF

Good morning, I have a question about how to calculate and plot the maximum likelihood estimates of the mean and standard deviation of a normal distribution using stimuli and results.

In other words I have these data: stimuli=[20 25 41 33 55 45 29 43 34 20] with their corresponding results (in which fail=0 and survive=1 for each stimulus): results=[0 1 1 0 0 0 1 1 0 1].

How can I plot with Matlab a cumulative normal distribution probability curve that considers the stimuli data together with their corresponding results? I'd like to have a plot like this:
