How to save the matrix as a dicom or a Pmod file

Hey, I have big 3D matrix, and I need to save it as a dicom file or a file which would be open by pmod program (https://www.pmod.com/web/). Does anyone know how I can do it ? I know there is sth like dicomwrite in matlab, but it save images as dicom, I've tried to use it but maybe I don't see sth how to do it properly... I have data in 3D matrix, it is a reconstrucion of a cell and I need the numbers, nut only an images. Thanks for help in advance! Maria

Hi Maria, sorry to bring up an old topic, but did you ever get this solved? I'm having a similar issue. I have a 4D matrix that I would like to have saved as a dicom file. Curious to know how you've done it. Thanks!
