how to convert a noise signal into its hexadecimal format

my work involves a noisy signal (from matlab) given to a fpga module. The noise signals have to be converted to hex format and stored in the BRAM of the fpga for processing. the BRAM memory has 32 bit length memory. Can you please help me in this work.
