figure size in matlab is not precise on the screen

Hi,
I run a a very simple command to set the figure size:
set(gcf, 'units','centimeters','position',[2 3 20 10])
I expect that the size of the figure would exactly match with what I set above but when I measure it on the screen, it deviates quite a bit from the set values?

@Af: what is your screens native resolution, and what is the display resolution set to?

Hi, they are both set to 2560 by 1440
