How to Increase diffence between pixels too similiar for SVM classification?

Hello guys,

I'm performing a per pixel supervised SVM classification using 4 classes. 2 of that classes are too much similar because of the training pixels similarity. Does any one has some ideas or advices too add more distinction between the 2 classes (the 2 kind of pixels)?
