Trim and linearization a model

I'm using the glider model in Aerosim Blockset to simulate the flight of a gliding vehicle (no engine, no propulsion). I want to trim,and linearize the model so that I can design the controller. The given trim examples in the Aersoim trim directory are ONLY for Navion and Aerosonde aircarfts that have engine and propulsion. Can anyone help me with trimming and linearizing the Glider model?..
