How can I change use option on a license?

Hi How do I do to change use option on a license between "individual" and "designated computer". Some time ago it was a simple task from the mathworks web gui where I as an admin managed my licenses.

In any case, you can call your local Customer Service and/or Sales. They might also be able to explain why the feature went away on the web (or where it is now).
