I'd like to plot a candle chart for a financial time series that should be dynamic. So... date_time = in datestr('mm/dd/yyyy HH:MM') format price = high, low, open, close prices if I'd like to plot this without having to enter the start and end date, how would I do it? Thanks

date_time = <256x2 cell> in datestr('mm/dd/yyyy HH:MM') format
price = <256x4 double> high, low, open, close prices

if I'd like to plot this without having to enter the start and end date, how would I do it?

"dynamic" in what sense? For example, it should show the first 10 entries and allow you to grab the plot to "pan" through the time range ?
