it depends on your model and what project you're working on. for a single phase common power electronic based inverter you can use 'pulse generator block' and give a half period phase delay to the opposing switches. i've attached a simulink file. hope that help.

Thanks, and please provide me with Simulink .slx file attached is a .mdl file. my model is four port DC-DC converter. plz once go through my Simulink file
