Convert Simulink model to TargetLink model

Hello all,

Does anyone know how to convert a Simulink model into a TargetLink model? I have a huge Simulink model and would like to convert it into TargetLink model. I do not want to recreate the model in TargetLink as it is a tedious process. So, I would like to know if there is an easy approach to this.
