How to plot a surface from x and y having different values of z, i.e. (x,z1) and (y,z2)?

Hi, I am trying to draw a surface from two sets of results, set A and set B. Each set has two columns, column 1 and column 2. I would like to plot a surface from these two sets, such that column 2 in each set is the z axis, while columns 1 in sets A and B are x and y axes, respectively.
I have attached herewith the sets of data for your kind reference.

Insufficient information to draw a "surface".
You have essentially marginal data, in the sense of a marginal distribution. So for each point, you have x and z, or y and z.
But a surface requires that for ANY combination of x AND y, you can produce a value of z. So for any point in the first set, you know what value of x produced a value z. But you provide no information about the y that was used, even if only implicitly. So all the y data is missing there. The same applies to the second set. x is completely missing.
So, sorry, but you have insufficient information to generate the surface between those axes. It could do anything you wish to imagine for some combination of both x and y. But since there is no hint as to what it does do, you are stuck. You cannot infer a complete surface.
