How to develop a simulink model for position control of stepper motor using PID?

How to develop a simulink model for position control of stepper motor using PID? How to set the desired angle as I want a carousel with 6 sample holders to rotate and stop at desired positions.
I want to find the Kp, Ki and Kd values from this model so that I can realize the system.
