Memory usage for constants

I use m-file to define arrays for using in Lookup tables in my Simulink model. But when code is generated the array variables use code memory space. Is it possible to configure code generation settings so that the arrays will use RAM memory ?

What do you mean? Do you have large lookup tables that are inline with your code? Or ...? Can you be more specific, or given an example?
