How can I apply only the phase of a transfer function to a signal (in both Matlab and Simulink)?

I want to apply only the phase of a transfer function to my signal: H(s) = G(s)/|G(s)|, but I don't know how to formulate this on matlab or simulink. Could there be a command that does this?
