Record sound

I want to create a gui with a start and stop button, to record sound data from sound card for a given sampling rate, till i press the stop button. The gui should have 2 axeses, one showing time samples in real time, the second one showing realtime fft of the same, the third axes shows the 2d waterfall (time frequency plot of every second).
