A problem when I want to install R2017b, please help me

I managed to work around this very problem by downloading and installing a 2017b trial version, then rerun my original setup, and switch to my normal license afterwards...

I have also tried the same. It worked with trial license but when I tried to switch it to original license, again it is throwing the same error.
