Matching "From" for "Goto" 'untitled/Controlled Voltage Source/Goto' not found

I am learning Matlab so I just pick a book from the library as a start point. When I connected a sine wave generator with a controlled voltage source, there is no output from the voltage source; I notice there is a warning message, "Matching "From" for "Goto" 'untitled/Controlled Voltage Source/Goto' not found." My simulink setup is below. A little help, please?

If you just move up a little bit the resistor block in this model you will see it is not connected to the Capacitor block. This results in an open circuit. If you properly connect the resistor to the circuit the warnings disappear.
