Why do you say that? He didn't even post the image. It might be possible to find the lips and then to process them to make them more vivid, smoother, with gloss/glint, etc.

This is the Image which we are trying to make her to look as young. So far we removed wrinkles on her face lightly by using some filters and morphological operation techniques, now we concentrated on her lips to be processed and expected output is red lips.
