Can Matlab Compiler build a program that uses Add-Ons?

I have a Matlab program that uses Add-Ons (alexnet, vgg16, vgg19). I want to deploy it as a self-contained program, using Matlab Compiler or Matlab Coder. How do I get Compiler or Coder to deal with the references to the Add-Ons, and how do I package the Add-Ons with the program?
