Save the few relevant pages of the PDF as images and upload the images to one of the sites linked to above.

That's a long equation and it relies on a bunch of other equations. You are unlikely to find anyone willing to bother to read back through the copyrighted textbook and extract all the relevant definitions. It is your research work, so if you want the help of volunteers, it is up to you to do the work necessary to present the equations in a usable form.

What have _you_ done on programming this equation? What code have you come up with so far? What specific MATLAB question do you have? Are you stuck on how to do the integrations? If so say so, and indicate in each case whether it is a numeric integration or a analytic integration that is needed.

At the moment you are asking for so much help that I think you should be hiring someone to assist you.
