Ga score vs fitness.

I have a mixed interger with bounded constraints. when my algorithm evaluates the fitness fuction i display it a value like 0.4 which is expected but when i try to plot the best fitness using Matlab inbuild plot funtctions like @gaplotbestf i get very diferent from the ones displayed before, very very small values which do not fit my problem. I'd like know why this happens and how can i plot the real fitness values.

I tried using a custom plot function but when i access state.Score the values are the not expected ones.
