How to smooth a time signal?

Hello forum, I have this two time signals (plot from Simulink) and their respective amplitude-estimations. - blue signal and green amplitude estimation - yellow signal and orange amplitude estimation The problem, as you can see, is related to that spikes around t=2.22 Do you know if a solution exists in order to "clean" and smooth those signals?
