Organize dataset for Feature Selection

1. I have a dataset from 6 treated and 6 control subjects with 22 features each. The problem is that I also have data over time (16 time-points). So, the dimension of the dataset is like 12x16x22. How can I organize this dataset for feature selection? Specifically, how do I label for "targets"? 2. Is there any Matlab GUI that can perform feature selection?
