Simulink PIL error STM32F4

Hello ! I would like to make PIL simulation on an STM32F4-discovery board. But when I start the simulation the following error occurred:
Error encountered while executing PostCodeGenCommand for model 'Heating': Unable to read file 'DestDir.mat'. No such file or directory. Caused by: Unable to read file 'DestDir.mat'. No such file or directory.
Can somebody help me what the problem is ?
