How to receive data from Bluetooth Low Energy cycling power meter

Hello all,

I would like to know how to receive data from a Dzero Quarq power meter using BLE communication protocol. I am using r2017b, and I saw that BLE is supported by Simulink Support Package for Android Devices with the recently added block called "BLE Receive" but is it possible to do the same without an Android but with the integrated combo card (Intel AC 8260) ?

BLE Receive block is supported only on Android devices.
