Is there a Code which I can use to automatically get all DOORS ID?

I am trying to automatically import into matlab a cell array of DOORS ID. The DOORS ID is unique data. I would prefer not to export DOORS to a temp file (ie. some excel sheet) then read this data. I would prefer linking directly with DOORS (ie using rmi) to get this data.

Thank You Walter - I have already gone thru the rmi document but could not find a way to import the data that I am after as described above
