could anyone tell me which command can be used to get the sum to a fixed value for the following code

a=0.01;
b=0.09;
c=rand(2,3)
r=a+(b-a).*c
result=sum(sum(r))

The code executes and gives the result. Could anyone tell me how to get the result to a fixed value when i run the code several times

You should spend more time learning matlab properly, spend more time thinking about your problem and less time asking questions here.
