How can I animate a set of data over time?

I am trying to create an animation/movie from a set of data I have solved for given an ode. The results are stored in a column vector. The system is based on time and thus I would like to be able to show an animation of how the results change with time. I was wondering if there are any ways to plot my data and animate it over time.
