Avoid to open protected excel sheets

Hello,

I have several hundred excel files and I'm using a loop to extract some data using xlsread. Unfortunately some of the files are password protected and I want to avoid to enter the password. I actually don't want to open them and to proceed with the next file in the loop.

Is there a way to do that without interrupting the loop and without using the password?
