While simulating a new grid synchronizing scheme for a 3 phase PV system in Matlab Simulink, I am obtaining an Error in Port width or dimensions

I am incorporating a new grid synchronizing scheme for a 3 phase PV system in Matlab Simulink. After assembling all the components (Power System and Simulink), I am obtaining the following errors while compiling the model.

1. Error in port widths or dimensions. Output port 1 of swainsir/powergui/equivalentmodel1/sources/From3 is a one dimensional vector with 18 elements. (Block Error)

2. Error in port widths or dimensions. Invalid dimension has been specified for input port 3 of swainsir/powergui/equivalentmodel1/sources/mux. (Block Error)

I will be extremely grateful if anyone kindly provides me the possible solution so that I can simulate the system. I tried numerous times but always received the same sort of errors.
