How do I create a Vivaldi antenna on dielectric substrate?

The antenna toolbox provides design of a vivaldi antenna on ground plane surrounding by air. In practice this kind of antenna can be printed on PCB above some dielectric substrate. I'm very interested how to simulate it in Matlab.

Currently this feature is not available in MATLAB.

I have brought this issue to the concerned people and it might be considered in any future release.
